This electronic journal publishes
research reports, articles and studies in the following scientific

The persented papers should meet
high standards for clarity as well as scientific content. The
papers must be recomended for publication, reviewed and the
editorial board must approve the acceptance of any paper.

All accepted papers will be
published electronically on the Scientific Research Journal

Every year selected papers (from the accepted for the journal) will
also appear in hard copy volume.
